Gladwyne Burglary Suspect Faces Charges Across Multiple Communities
Lower Merion police arrested Erik J. Gomez, 39, for a Nov. 27 burglary in Gladwyne. The suspect was identified through surveillance footage and is also accused of burglaries in Media, Bristol Township, and Philadelphia.
New Businesses and Apartments to Transform Ardmore’s Suburban Square
Suburban Square in Ardmore is expanding with the addition of several new businesses, including Rhone, New Balance, and Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, as part of the Coulter Place development. The mixed-use project will include 130 apartments, 19,000 square feet of retail space, and shopper parking. It is set to open in fall 2025.
Narberth Borough Seeks Community Feedback on Master Parks Plan
Narberth Borough is inviting public input on its Master Parks Plan draft report, focusing on Narberth Park, Station Circle, and Elm Grove Park. The plan outlines upgrades, new developments, and connectivity improvements to enhance recreational opportunities and sustainability. Residents can comment on the draft through January 20 via an online survey.
