    (January 2024: Approximately 29 sales – reflecting fewer available properties this year)

💡 What This Means:
The real estate market in both Lower Merion Township and Narberth continues to tighten, with fewer homes available for potential buyers compared to last year. This trend indicates increased competition for properties and an opportune time for sellers to list their homes.
