What is the latest real estate news in Lower Merion?
āThe most prominent topic in Lower Merion's real estate sector currently is the recent property tax increase. After more than a decade without changes, the Lower Merion Board of Commissioners approved a 6.5% hike in property taxes as part of the 2025 budget.
