❄️😊 Good Morning, Lower Merion! Is it ever going to be warm again? These temperatures have been brutal here and it definitely feels quieter around town without the Eagles making a deep playoff or Super Bowl run (I almost forgot it was this weekend). Traditionally, though, this time of year is when the local real estate market starts to wake up, with more showings and new listings following soon after.
