😊 Good Morning, Lower Merion! Sunshine and blue skies! YES, please. The warmer weather this week has been a welcome change, but I’m a tad nervous for the colder forecast for the 10 day. With St. Patrick’s Day around the corner and longer, sunnier days ahead, it’s a great time to get out and enjoy the community. Spring is also when the local real estate market starts to pick up, so it’s always fun to see a little extra activity around town this time of year.🌷
