 September Market Summary- PENN VALLEY | 📈 Penn Valley market continues to show strong demand and limited supply.Inventory: 1.46 months of supply; up 24% from last month, but still 32% lower than last year. New Listings: 4 new homes in September, with a median list price of $1,037,500. Active Listings: 6 homes currently on the market, median $1.1M. Pending Sales: 3 homes went under contract quickly — averaging 9 days on market — with a median list price of $1.495M.
