ISSUE #81 is brought to you by: Cool as A Cuc Soup Company

Tuesday, January 20th
❄️😊 Good Morning, Lower Merion! Winter is definitely making itself known with fresh snow across Lower Merion this past weekend. After yesterday’s Martin Luther King Jr. Day observance, many in our community are returning to a normal routine while carrying forward the spirit of reflection, service, and togetherness that the day represents. As we settle into the rest of the “short” week, here’s a look at what’s happening around town. On a personal, we just got our very first dog yesterday, and we are over the moon! 🐶

WYNNEWOOD DEC 2025 SPOTLIGHT!
What does all this mean? 🧐
Inventory remains tight in Wynnewood, with just 1.61 months of supply, keeping the market competitive as we head into 2026. The median sold price was $660,000, and homes continued to sell right at asking, with a 99.95% sold-to-list price ratio.
Well-priced homes moved fast, spending a median of 15 days on the market. With only 2 new listings, 20 active homes, and 1 pending sale, demand continues to outpace supply.
See you next week!
If you have any events to share with me for an upcoming issue, or want your business in the spotlight-please reach out! 😊 Thanks so much!
