3 Year Months Supply of Inventory in Wynnewood Comparison

Wynnewood Market Snapshot

Inventory continues to tighten, with just a 2.03-month supply, down 6% this month and 75% year over year—making it a competitive landscape for buyers.

New Listings:
13 new homes hit the market this month with a median list price of $325,000, offering options across different price points and property types.

Active Listings:
There are currently 26 active listings with a median price of $279,900, a solid entry point for many buyers.

Pending Sales:
Buyer activity is strong—10 homes went under contract this month at a median price of $546,950, spending just 16 days on the market. Pending homes averaged $314/sq ft, showing continued demand.

Sold Homes:
Wynnewood’s median sold price surged to $785,000, a 33% increase month over month. Homes are moving fast, selling in a median of 7 days and at 101.3% of list price, reflecting ongoing competitive conditions.
