While some recalled less-than-stellar experiences in the past, many recent patrons praise significant improvements, with one calling it 'the best it's ever been.' Enthusiastic comments highlight delicious dishes and a welcoming atmosphere. And for a truly delightful family outing, word is that Tuesday nights feature a super talented balloon artist, making it extra special for the little ones! This signals a promising return for the long-standing establishment.

Founded in 1944, the Society began its mission by transforming an abandoned lot into what is now Merion Botanical Park, located at 100 Merion Rd, Merion Station, PA 19066. Working with Lower Merion Township to acquire a neighboring parcel, the Society helped develop the land into a beautiful 13-acre public botanical garden—now owned by the Township and cherished by the community. Most of the park features lush lawn areas with carefully planted specimen trees and shrubs, each labeled with botanical signs and QR codes that offer detailed species information. A list of adoptable specimens and existing memorial trees is also available for those wishing to contribute.
