😊 Good Morning, Lower Merion! Spring is starting to peek through just a tad, and with kids heading into spring break next week, there’s a little extra excitement in the air. Between March Madness in full swing and the Phillies kicking off their season this week, there’s no shortage of sports to keep us busy. And with Passover and Easter just ahead, it’s a season filled with celebration, family time, and fresh beginnings. The spring real estate market continues to be fierce with houses flying off the market faster than the bagels at Pop Up. We will be back in your inbox after Spring Break on the 7th of April.
